Une grille de salaire unique et nationale<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Avec la mise en place de ce syst\u00e8me de classification, c\u2019est un <strong>nouveau bar\u00e8me unique des salaires minima hi\u00e9rarchiques<\/strong> (SMH) qui est adopt\u00e9 et appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s du territoire. Il permet aux salari\u00e9s, une fois class\u00e9s, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un salaire minimum en dessous duquel l\u2019employeur ne peut le r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer.
